'IMP' is an Australian rose bred by George Dawson, introduced in 1970 and can be found still flourishing in lots of gardens across the country. Very appropriately, when this rose sported to a climber it should be named in recognition of our iconic Australian Dingo.
Having had the enormous pleasure of the company of two magnificent Dingoes who shared their love in our lives, 'CHIENNE' for nine years and 'BONNIE' for fourteen years (see photo), we happily announce the release of this beautiful IMP, CLIMBING ROSE.
'IMP, CLIMBING ROSE' will produce an abundance of perfectly formed medium-sized blooms continually throughout the flowering season. Each bloom has the most striking petal structure - white with a beautiful crimson edge and long-lasting both on the bush and in a vase.
Expect growth to around 2.5 metres with lush, dark green foliage - excellent to espallier! Highly recommended rose!
